Can you imagine having 117 parking citations totaling up to 15,000? I have a hard time paying 3 parking citations totaling 200.00 but then again I don't have that Chris Breezy money. Chris Brown racked up on 117 parking citations for parking in handicapped spaces in the lot at his LA Condo however the City of West Hollywood say the spaced was assigned to him and 95 of the 117 citations were dismissed. So now Chris only has 22 citations which remain open for other parking offenses but I'm pretty sure Chris is not worried one royalty check should pay those fines off.

Last week it was reported that T.I was released from Arkansas prison and ordered to carry out his remaining sentence at a halfway house in Atlanta but was hauled back to prison for riding his tour bus to the facility.

However official documents surfaced specifically detailing the terms and conditions for traveling to the halfway house which states

Inmate harris is not authorized to be in contact or be in the presence of his managers or others except his wife during travel.

T.I's manager, Brian Sher sent a letter to official stating that he had no idea it was a violation for him to accompany his client on the trip.

It was clear to me that Mr. Harris believed that I was permitted to be with him on the trip back to Atlanta because I had been authorized to visit him and have contact with during his time in Forrest City," Sher said. "During my time with him on the ride back to Atlanta, no business was conducted with Mr. Harris

T.I and Vh1 producers are in negotiations on the 10-episode documentary series featuring himself adjusting to life after being in prison for nearly a year which is set to premiere in December. It looks like T.I's manager and VH1 producers were the cause of him going back to prison not riding his tour bus but more importantly a BIG mess up by his manager Brian Sher. [Source TMZ.com]
